Pros

This pad is designed to be used on arms an legs. It's great that the straps will hold it in place so you can get the heat where you need it and don't need to fumble around. This one is snugly.

It's a little pricey, but if you want to spot heat a small area quickly, it's useful. Bought this for my 70 yr old dad. Be sure to read the instructions.

The controls are easy to use and a step up over my old three settings pad. The 2 hour timer definitely a bonus. I love the controller being backlit.

The pad is made of a 100% polyester soft breathable fabric. The inward side has a short fury texture. It's far more pliable than our old heating pad. The fabric feels like a soft microfiber.

Cons

The straps are not long enough to wrap around the upper arm, ( my weight is 130), the device just warms (at least mine) not even the maximum level of heat (6) is even close to the low level of a regular heating pad. Does not heat evenly - badly manufa... Read More

The heat is inconsistent. Problem is the plug comes apart from the pad too easily. When it's plugged into wall behind couch, remove plug from wall then plug it back into wall again.
