The hose they supply which attaches to your outdoor faucet and then to the hose reel itself, keeps disconnecting when water is turned on! Yet it leaks because the hose doesn't stay on! Just a waste of money.

All in all, it does the job at a reasonable price.
The price also is the same as stores except these guys bring it to your house 😂.
