My only complaint is the quality of the hardware.
I was also impressed with the quality of the wood, as well as its construction and detail concerning the pre-drilled holes.
And the quality is a-1 from a daughter of a master cabinet maker!
Price
The price of the wood alone was a value.
Shipping
Shipping box could be bettér, only one band made it, package was taped where it failed, luckily no damage.
Shipping box was a little mashed, but wood had no splits or damage.
Only problem was it was not packaged well for shipping.
The delicate mitered corners on the front of mine were damaged during shipping, so they needed to be sanded.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging it came in was very beat up and there was slight damage on one of the corners, but nothing serious.
Competitiveness
A bit of a challenge to assemble, but that's probably more because of me than the manufacturer.
