The hose that attaches to your faucet leaks like a fire hose. Cranking handle hits the side bracket making for a very un-smooth and knuckle-busting process to reel the hose in.

Works well easy to install took five minutes tops feels solid.
This is very sturdy and easy to mount.
Did not hold 100ft as advertised and pinched my hose where it connects blocking water flow.
The hose comes off and goes on with minimal effort.
Shipping
Thankfully amazon came thru and found the exact replacement item that i was hoping for.
As advertised but did take a bit of time to receive.

Previously bought a hose roller at lowes.

The installation was “simple dimple” since the holes install the support screws were already there…

We have only used this for 2 days now but seems very sturdy and the hose unreels and then reels back in very easily
