It is nice to look out on to my patio and see a neat and tidy area instead of a ugly mangle of hose. It also holds more hose when stored with the smart track system.

The suncast hose hideaway w/smart trak hose guide is an excellent product & great value. Comes with two wheel flanges and two cross braces to replace the entire reel, $11. It is so much better than a hose reel which we had used previously.

This one, although the plastic seems flimsy as well, has better rigidity than my other unit. Can't beat the practical pricing and functionality.

Eventually the rotary coupling fails, spraying water in all directions. Plugged the coupling back in, but continues to come out.
