Pros

Sundown naturals is a fresh, always arrives quickly option that is well worth it. As i age, my concern is absorption and bioavailablity of the supplement. No extra ingredients to make the actual supplement that turns to be high quality!

The potency is right in a decent capsule size. This pill is easy to *, albeit not that small but it still goes down easy. For the potency of these tablets the price is just a little high.

Q-sorb is ubiquinone, or oxidized coq10 that must be converted by the body to ubiquinol. The effective dose for me is right in the 150-200 range. This is a maximum strength dose and not a harmful megadose.

Co-q-10 is in every cell in your body and it provides energy for cell growth and maintenance. It also helps with aging and keeping your skin healthy. It totally works as well as helping with muscle pain and spasms.

Cons

Product itself is fine and does seem to work, but i'm not happy with the vendor. Cheap but watch the expiration date.

I have taken other brands and gummies before, but i like that i only have to take a couple once a day instead of 2 doses.

Seems to work same as the expensive brands.
