Cons

The pill is large and hard to *. It seems ineffective to prevent leg cramps. Magnesium oxide is the worst form to take if you want to up your magnesium levels.

I'm disappointed that they sent me a broken lid. Maybe that's why it was on sale? Big mistake. Who is this for? Not for me, and probably not for you.

There’s also no unpleasant smell when you open the bottle which is another big plus think it’s a really good value for the money.
