If i wake up in the middle of night and take one of these i can be asleep again in about 30-45 minutes and it's good quality sleep!

Quick dissolve tabs help the melatonin work quickly.

These tabs taste good, although the may dissolve with a slightly solid center.

It's a good product if you're having trouble getting sleep for some reason don't overdo it but it will help you to become drowsy.

The price here on amazon is way cheaper than the box stores.
