Pros

Small & easy to take. I like that i can half the tablet making them last longer. I bite to pill in half a d even then it's very powerful. It gives me what i need in a dissolvable pill.

I prefer methylcobalamine to cyanacobalamine. The other cobalamin works well too, by sundown brand. Better absorption and quality ingredients.

This supplement helps to fulfill micronutrient requirements not met by vegetarian or vegan diets. It works by converting food into energy.

Cons

No sweetener should be used in a supplement. Don't buy it. It's the worst product ever. You'll never get a nt from it.

It is hard to find in the methylcobalamin so i order it now from amazon.

You let it slightly dissolve under your tongue, i'm guessing just enough to liquefy the coating.

Very few companies produce a 5000iu, so if you don't have a chosen brand, give them a try.

This natural product is less than half the price of a famous brand i ordered before, where they pumped their price higher.

Thought i would try methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin.
