It appears to have made taking a #1 (lol) much less uncomfortable. These are also available for ladies as well. Herbal supplement. Easy to * and no aftertaste.

Competitiveness

Just started taking these after using another brand for awhile and these seem to be working good and for a better price.

They are more potent than the walmart brand i bought and so i take 2 pills daily and the have made a small dip in my psa.

I will increase the dosage on next bottle, but the last brand was 75 mg lower per pill and one a day.
