When i could not find them i tried another brand of carbonyl iron that kept the numbers right but caused problems that are fairly common with some forms of iron just not carbonyl

I give blood regularly and before i started taking an iron supplement i was teetering right around the cutoff level for being able to donate they had to reprick my finger several times to recheck
