It’s really partially a textbook and partially a workbook.
My only slight complaint is that the quality of the build of the voltmeter is clearly low - hopefully it measures fine still.
Price
In all, especially for the current listed price of $55 - 20%, it's a really good deal.
The multimeter while inexpensive feeling, functions well.
Don’t underestimate the value of these tools and references.

Very well packaged and truly includes everything you need to get started.
Everything is well organized in the box and many items are packaged together in sealed plastic bags.
Nicely packaged in a somewhat small box; great for gift giving.
