Really, for the price it's a wonderful little battery pack.
It does not charge batteries, but the product page and reviews already state that, so no surprise.
Competitiveness
I'd suggest picking up some 3000 mah 18650 batteries and bump up to 6000 mah total.
Recommend supplying your own more powerful 18650s and shelving the included ones.
As other reviewers have stated, it will not charge the batteries, so make sure you have an 18650 charger.

From what i understand you have to take the batteries out to charge the batteries after they run down

I hadnt noticed the other marks at first and thought my board was faulty when it wouldnt turn on

The batteries it comes with are alright but not capable of powering the pi well if its overclocked
