Pros
The screen has good resolution and refresh rate. The only downside is that the battery usually only lasts 4 or 5 hours. Ditch the wedge shape and double up on the battery capacity.

Microsd extender is an interesting solution. Make a backup of your final configuration on sd card as the base system. A little overclock on a 4gb or 8gb pi 4 and running the new 64bit raspbian makes a big difference in performance.
Cons
I was limited to using the launcher to access any apps. The battery is lucky if it lasts 3 hours. Also, the fan is insanely noisy.

The power input to charge the battery and power the raspberry pi is 15v at 2a.
Price
Although the tablet is a bit expensive, it's totally worth the money!
Easy install of a pi4 also had an adapter for pi3 for power coworks thought it was a great price too.
The screen and form factor pretty much justifies its price.
Plus, you can't put a price on getting a kid hooked on linux.

Instead, they shipped me a replacement part free.
Update:they shipped me a new board and it's working as expected.
Packaging/appearance
Very well packaged and has clear instructions.
Came with broken board, product is unusable.

When it arrived it was mostly functional with the exception of the touch screen which did not properly detect touches at the bottom of the display but worked everywhere else

I followed the instructions for updating the touch screens firmware from their website and ended up with even worse behavior where the screen had large dead zones on all four sides

The tool provided for updating the firmware also has testing features which show the screen is in fact functional this is not a hardware problem but does not include any instructions for correctly setting the values for the screen so it tracks properly
