Pros

Clear, thick and durable, it's inexpensive and looks nice. Pretty easy to assemble. Easy to clean and easy to use. Easy-to-use. No issues with the cools.

There are contact points for the cpu and ram chips for cooling using the included thermal pads. It keeps the pi cool under most conditions (gpu/cpu burn), without throttling.

The fans are much more quiet than in the video i've attached, measuring 40-50db. Works great watching yt videos without the fans. I think it would likely work fine without any fans for medium to lite work load.

Cons

The 40 pin connector is to wide. One fan sounds like there is sand in the bearing and the other was doesn't spin. Im not sure if mine is defective.

Their response was prompt and they shipped an entire replacement unit for free instead of just fans.

I appreciate the customer service and at the time they were having a holiday so i didn't mind waiting a bit longer to get this item.

Looks ok but i never received the raspberry pi
