3 hour work out and it's even worse if you want to use the cardio machines and you can absolutely forget about the weekends.
I put it together myself with no help and it took about 8 hours.

Excellent price also- it was under 1,000 dollar but i bought the bench for it so it was over 1,000- again well worth the money!
