Pros

Easy to set up, easy to fold. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Fabric is still blk and even when the bunjee cord breaks.

Great comfortable light weight sturdy chair. Perfect color match to my other balcony furniture. It's comfortable and it feels very sturdy for my 260 lbs.

For $50 (or whatever it was) i have a comfy recliner. It's as comfortable as my expensive stressless chair imported from finland! It's just a little less comfortable, but still gets the gist.

Cons

Is disappointed by the retooling. The advertisement leads one to believe that is easy to back based on the so-called zero gravity.

Website contact takes one to a non-working webpage. Calls to 24/7 says too busy, give us all your personal data so we can contact. We were promised a refund.
