Pros & Cons
Pros
Everything pictured was printed at 235°c with same exact settings as pla for everything else. It prints fine - especially considering i'm just using the default petg setting in cura.
It seems a bit translucent, but it made great ornaments for christmas. Another good attribute of petg is that it is closer to a natural or translucent than opaque.
Cons
Baked petg smells like burning car antifreeze. This equates to little to no bed adhesion. Tried a few print temps and couldn't dial it in.
White is really milky translucent, not really white. I really hope this is just a fluke in regard to transparent petg because i really want something that suits my needs.
The reel was not properly spooled. Even though it arrived in an intact sealed bag with a desiccant packet it was still waterlogged when i got it.
The filament itself is decent, but it's effectively unusable. The latter is wound such that tangling is not an issue.
Sunlu's sputtering also makes numerous blobs that blemish the surface of prints. This ultimately starves the printer for material in the middle of a print. Either i babysit it and manually de-tangle as the crossovers are uncovered, or every print ends... Read More

Printed some items with supports, and great quality, and supports came off fine.
The print quality is much better then the last brand of petg i bought which was waterlogged and just a terrible experience.
Price
Will definitely buy more at this price.
Competitiveness
This seems to kink easier than the overture petg filament i used in the past.
I really like the printability and strength of the sunlu petg filaments.
I own and use a sunlu branded heating dryer filament box and use a cr-10s.
I do want to make one important note about the red petg specifically: this color filament in particular needs to be printed 10-... Read More

However you have to watch for spool malfunctions

The top 10 windings of the spool look nice and neat then they started to show overlap where the filament would snag on the spool and once it pulled the spool off the holder
