Pros & Cons
Pros
White is a little translucid, so we discern sometimes the filling pattern. If it ends up being brittle i dial the nozzle temp up 5 degrees and that solves that.
Work very good with the petg generic prusa slicer profile. My only issues are with overhangs, and it comes down to either printing with more support (difficult to remove supports with petg) and the cooling settings. It's not scratch resistant but that... Read More
Cons
This stuff is absolutely the worse filament i've ever had. It seems very brittle, probably due to moisture.
Whatever the + in pla+ is seems to leave an oily residue that makes it extrude very unevenly. More a pearl, semi-transparent white than white. Leaves a thin trace on print bed while other filaments didn't. Can't print pei sheets.
Highlights
Quality
They definitely work and quality is just top notch.
Great adhesion with no visible layer lines once dialed in correctly.
Petg can be tough to print, but i barely had issues with this coming from pla
02 because my printer doesn’t support anything above or it clogs, never ever had that issue with sunlu
Price
It's really good filament for the price.
I found this petg to be good value and gives good print results.
For the moment best petg for the price ive tried!
This pla works well for the price.
Competitiveness
Unlike other filaments on amazon, this spool hole is big enough for my prusa spool holder.
Of the 3 brands of petg that i have used, this is by far the best.
It just seems to be a little more softer than my other pla brands.
