One of the spools was not completely vacuum sealed and the filament was loose and unwound to the point that this spool is unable.

Once i got this pla dialed in to my machine, it does nothing but impress.

The price, i usually buy packs and it is down to $10-$11 per kg here on amazon, but even cheaper on aliexpress or off their website.
