If it ends up being brittle i dial the nozzle temp up 5 degrees and that solves that

I don’t think it is the extrusion nozzle issue but it really created lots of thin residue around the nozzle and not really adhesive to the heated bed

Update i tried to use the additional sheet to compensate the bed issue however this filament completed destroyed the bed sheet

I could not remove the printing after completed cool down

I had to torn the sheet up from the heated bed to get the part off the printer that created two holes on the new sheet
