Spla requires somewhat different print settings than normal pla; 210-230c at the nozzle and 80c on the bed. The temperature range is more forgiving with a brass nozzle. This is the closest i've gotten to printing items that look injection molded. Usin... Read More

There's an almost translucent opalescence to the material. It's a cooler white than regular white pla. Packaged nicely and wound well on the spoil.

Cons

A huge pain to work with. I mostly use pla+, this stuff is much weaker and brittle.

In fact the checks were closer to spec than hatchbox or solutech based on my experience.

Stress failure under load seems to be superior to petg, at least the petg filaments i have used.
