Pros
The display is large and easily readable. No squinting, just good readable text and numbers.
By comparison, that one is unusable compared to this one. Bought this for grandson 12 yr old. Kids and i have so much fun camping and combing the beach.
He's had quite an adventure discovering treasure around our home. Even found some buried landscape edging in the backyard and dug it up. It's great for kids who are interesting in treasure hunting or imaginative play.
This thing is way. Awesome and very handy. I hope it lasts a long time. See,s to be very accurate.

It works very well and a great price!
Not only was i refunded my money, but i was also sent a second metal detector at no cost.

Competitiveness
The pin pointer function is actually better than my handheld and works much better than my other metal detectors.
It has a big pad and has far more detection range than any other detector that i have used in the past.
First one i used and i don't know how it compares.
