Pros

Great new edition to my home gym and pull up bar. With gyms closed in my city because of covid19, this is very well worth the money.

Bands seem to be very sturdy, durable, and not cheap. These bands are very versatile and you can perform many different exercises by following the little booklet included with the set. You can also look up other resistant band exercises online & b... Read More

Cons

The rubber feels very foamy which i know sounds strange but other high quality resistance bands do not feel this way. Not durable and prone to accelerated wear and tear. Luckily i was not injured.

These bands are well made and uniform in thickness throughout the whole band.

Very well made with different resistance options and a bag to store them easily.

After about 6 weeks, the red band broke in two during an exercise.

Scared the heck put of me when it broke.

Packaging/appearance

Well packaged, and the bands are of high quality.

A couple of them were getting worn, which i felt was to be expected so i bought the 3 pack (blue, orange, red) to replace the worn ones.

Update - i put this back up to 4 stars because sunpow did reach out to me and refunded me money for the broken band.
