Pros

The lid seal is leak proof however the sliding lid cover is not, but it is just fine for my use. It's easy to clean and doesn't seem to leak at all. The straw is perfect length, and easy for her to grip and hold.

This cup has a very clean, minimalistic look which i absolutely love! Super cute and exactly like the picture. Purchased these to customize for christmas gifts. It's lightweight and cleans up well.

Love this slender insulated tumbler. Well insulated, holds full 12oz + a bit to spare. Love this mug.

Cons

Was dented right out of the box! A huge dent on the bottom. The lid split at the drink spout, so it leaks when drinking. There's no contact us method (on amazon or sunwill's website) to get the defect corrected.
