Pros

I wish i could get replacement sealers when they wear out.

Keeps beverages hot for hours, will hold ice for almost 24 hours. Keeps beverage hot for 2-3 hours. Made my coffee at 8am, it's now noon.

Cons

Just rinsed it. Not happy. Didn't return the item, but will not use it. The vendor says if i'm not completely satisfied, contact them.

With the lid on and you drink from your right hand holding the mug handle, it leaks. The open/close sliding part of the lid is plastic. The tab slides down to stop the flow of beverage as you tip up to drink.
