Pros

Ice cube is still there and milk cold. Stays hot for a long time. Easy to clean and replacement lids work well if you accidentally break or lose the original.

Lid is easy to clean if you pop the sliding part off(easily done). Love it. I have never been contacted so quickly regarding my review. No complaint here.

Cons

It always pushes the lid off with hot liquid and leaks like a sieve. Top frequently pushes out after placement. The only thing that holds the id on is the gasket.
