Pros
The cooling/bamboo sides are noticeably different to the touch. Once you have a pillow case on the effect is much less noticeable. The cooling side truly is cool.
Game changer. These pillows are much more compliant even when left full so for me they are well worth it. They are absolutely worth every cent!
Cons
These are genuinely terrible. They are not nice little clean squares, they look like leftover foam scraps that have been swept off a factory floor. These are literally filthy garbage.
This pillow seems okay at first, but after a while it looses its shape. The weight of your head gradually flattens the foam until there's nothing left under your head. The cooling part of the pillow is the only positive.

It's actually made of different sized memory foam chips which cradle your head and neck to perfection!

I got a great deal on these pillows, $68.
It was half the price of buying just the bag of memory foam.

Waited 3 days to be sure the smell was gone.

The pillow cases are now packed full and much firmer.

When i first bought these pillows i found they flattened pretty quickly they werent firm enough and there was too much room in the case for the foam to move around once it had flattened

During the night the foam would push up to the top of the case and i was left with a sore neck and shoulders due to the lack of support

When you first unwrap it the pillow looks as flat as a pizza box

Even if you take out some of the stuffing it doesn’t change how firm the memory foam is overall

The spot where your head rests does soften a little but if you turn your head to the side it is like bringing your head out of a hole and onto a rock
