Pros

The cooling effect is amazing as i always sleep hot. No overheating, sweating or discomfort. The game changer for this pillow is that you can remove the foam scrunchies. It also has one side that is cooling and the other side is warmer.

One of the best and most surprising purchases of the year. Best pillow purchase in a long time. My only regret is it took me so long to find it! I am so happy that i have a pillow that finally supports my head!

Cons

The cooling is on the pillowcase and not the pillow itself. Unlike my memory foam mattress, the filling in these pillows is less than average. Upon laying on it, there is nothing there.

The smell is disgusting and should have been dealt with before selling this product. The sauce smells like ketchup and it’s wet.

These pillows have a great feel to them, they keep you cool, they’re light, durable, hold their shape and easy to clean!

I took the outer covers, washed and dried them in a drier.

Since getting this pillow i fall asleep pretty much as soon as my head hits the pillow.

I put the pillow in the dryer on air fluff for 10 minutes straight out of the packaging (that might have helped with the smell).
