Also if they’re sustained release then why 2 separate doses throughout the day all other sr vitaminsmedications i take that are pharmaceutical grade are all one per day so they are probably just instantrelease twice a day

Vitamin c does not need to be methylated as it’s readily absorbed on its own by the body and would potentially do damage
