Sometimes i have to tap the flashlight with a good amount of force to get it to turn back on

Of course it turned off on me a couple times and i had to bang it against something solid with a small amount of force but that can be fixed by sanding down the inside ends of the screw on cap and the barrel itself

Thats due to the battery holder hitting the sides of the flashlight inside

What i did to fix there being extra room was take an index card roll it around the battery holder and then insert it into the flashlight while it was still rolled up
