Pros

I use brewers yeast because if i take it consistently, after about three weeks my skin has a healthy glow. It tastes most excellent on popcorn so you use no better. The flake size is really good to add some texture.

Cons

The taste is pretty terrible. I hope i can find a recipe that will hid the scent and taste. Very disgusted bluebonnet, shame on you as a company!

I've made lactation cookies several times with bluebonnet and the cookies are never bitter, simply amazing!

This is not 100% powdered like some other products, and the flake size is really good to add some texture.

It’s like when you open a bag of chips and 60% of it is air.

Price

But it's pricey so i reuse the container and purchase a bag of another brewers yeast that is more economical.

Bluebonnet brewer's yeast is the only brand that i will purchase.

In the beginning it was a bit hard to deal with the taste because i wasn't familiar with it.
