I did a quick test on receiving this product.
The pen seemed dry but it still seemed to work with the minimal amount that came out.
Shipping
The replacement part was over $70 plus shipping.
Packaging/appearance
Previous packaging lets the pre-treatment liquid slowly evaporate away, so i keep an extra package around.
Perhaps this new packaging will preserve it better, but i don't know yet.
Orfice was plugged solid as a rock and impenetrable.
Competitiveness
I tried two superglues and gorilla glue first.
If you working with perler beads this is the only glue that works on them to put magnets on them or overlapping a design.
