These are seriously the best. I know their pricey, but they are well worth the money. It packs down into a small zipper bag and is easy to transport.

Cons
Snapguard technology built into each band (which potentially makes them safer) hinders the ability for the band to stretch smoothly. One band was cut in half and badly mangled. Not durable as advertised. Persistent plastic odor.
The enclosed quick-start guide is near to worthless.

I eventually landed on the bodylastics set because of the apparent quality and while, not cheap, they don’t cost a fortune either.

I have bought these multiple times for different locations and they are the best.
You cannot compare 20 lb of brand x to 20 lb.
I also surmised that these unusual “weights” might be more accurate than the typical 10, 15, 20lb “weights” that most other companies have.

Loop bands have lots of uses and a wider range of motion than tube bands but theyre also less comfortable to use for certain types of exercises

For example if youre using a door anchor to do chest flies or if youre stepping on the bands and doing bicep curls loop bands put a ton of torquepressure on your wrists even if you wear workout gloves

Just be careful when placing an order as i almost made the same mistake if you want the upgraded handles the ones with rubber grip and that are made from a hard plastic material get one of the pro sets not the basic ones
