The music is absolutely terrible beyond comprehension. At least the remixed soothing water music now with techno-ish beats is decent.

Super mario 64 ds is not how 3-d platforming should be done. Nintendo added a few new levels that feel incomplete and outdated just like the regular levels.

The controls are horrible once again, this time persevering a d-pad instead of a big clunky n64 controller. Controls are clumsy, having to hold y to run makes using the other * very difficult to use. Third, the controls are very confusing.
