Pros

Outside of purchasing a rigid plastic box, this is as good as it gets in terms of sturdiness and function. Cardboard stiffens sides well, so is nice rectangle storage unit.

Putting together takes cleverness. Easy to set up. Even added a few garlands in there. Put bottom section in bag pole first.

They fix snuggly into zipper compartments on sides, top and bottom of the bag. This is much better than unstructured bags. Have wasted money on other bags that were cumbersome.

Cons

If there is a maximum weigh limit on this product the manufacturer should clearly state it. The cardboard needs to be at least 1/4 inch cut on all sides.

Do not be tricked. The picture of the man is deceptive. Didn't work for my needs. Returned it. Too bad.

For extra support, i used the cardboard shipping box and what was left of my old christmas tree box.

Packaging/appearance

Inserting the cardboard pieces was a little challenging but i noticed when i gently bent the boards i could slot them in more easily.

The packing was considerably easier than in the the tree’s original box!

I had a problem getting the last panel into the insert.

Competitiveness

Using this method, i was able to fit a 9ft $700 massive tree and a 6ft regular sized tree inside with tons of space leftover!

Fits my tree perfectly it’s a 7 1/2ft tree.

Not sure a large 9ft tree would fit.
