Quality
The quality is great and the design is pleasing.
I wanted a nice quality cotton cover for my king size bed that fit like a bedspread.
But even then i suspect you won't lose so many inches that you will be disappointed.
Packaging/appearance
My dogs are on my bed sometimes, so i want something i can throw in the washer.
Competitiveness
I already used a bedskirt so it does work on my bed just fine.

Any decorative comforter was never wide enough to completely drape down to cover my sheets and blankets

If youre looking for a bedspread for which you wont need a bed skirt this is not the one for you

I recommend this for beds that have height but not for low platform profiles

We have a queen bed and got a queen spread that we had to return because it shrunk
