Pros & Cons
Pros
This mat works perfectly for securing a troublesome hall runner. It can be used for securing rugs to hard floors, securing mattresses to box springs, as a shelf liner, etc.

Cons
Worst rug pad ever. Very disappointing. Product dimensions are incorrect and the actual dimensions are not listed.
Highlights
Quality
Lightweight and fits nicely under a table cloth, keeping the cloth from slipping.
Solid product and would not hesitate to make future purchases.
It was super simple to size too with lines already part of its design, then cut off excess for placement under the new rug.
Within a day or two, the smell was completely gone, and there was no lingering odor.
Packaging/appearance
I will mention that there was a slight pvc plastic smell when i first unpacked the rug pad.
