Pros
This is in my crawlspace and i can hear the sound of a power outage in my bedroom. I have a great unit with a battery backup when the electricity dies.
This pump works great. Works as advertised. Works like a charm. Recommended for sure.
Cons
The float sensor does not work at all even the water is over it, because the wire is hard, this is why my basement got flooding. Do not buy it.

I turned off the alarm by holding down the ‘silence’ button for 5 seconds.
Price
We did not clearly understand during purchase that for 400$, we still needed to go buy a battery.
By the time i had purchased the hoses and a decent battery, the total cost was $600.
We had to spend another 200$ for a battery.
Shipping
Contacted customer service and they were excellent, helped diagnose the problem and sent replacement module immediately.
The company does not ship to canada so we cannot order a replacement part .
Very long to receive but during covid so understandable.
Packaging/appearance
The letters pointing to the different items included in the package are wrong.

The hardest part is hooking up the pump to your existing systemyou have to be able to do a little plumbing
