I have used the foam blocks with different grade sanders and a buffer and they kind of work but not nearly as well as this cream and a good nail buffer

Dab a tiny amount on your dry nails it will dry into an opaque finish in seconds now buff with a 3000 fine buffer or chamois and you will be amazed at the results
