It's durable and runs silently. The startup beep is a bit loud. It is nice to be able to talk a walk while i watch tv or listen to my newest audiobook while still in my pajamas.

The treadmill is lightweight and easy to move. It's more durable and sturdier than i expected. The unit strikes a good balance between heft for strength while still be light enough to move with reasonable ease.

It is easy to move the unit around because the front has wheels, so you unplug the unit after the power is turnes off of course. Conveniently there are rollers that allow for easy relocation.

Cons

No matter how many times i adjust it it always pulls left and the belt starts lifting. There isn't an option to pause your workout, just to turn it on and off.

All i had to do was unbox , flip the on switch in the pack and click the remote.

All i had to do was unpack it, plug it in and hit the power button.

I must applaud the manufacturer for the extreme care in protecting the item with thoughtful packaging to avoid any damage in shipment.
