The treadmill itself runs very smoothly and quietly. It's durable and runs silently.

The remote is great because it has a safety elastic wrist belt so if you accidentally drop the remote it won't fall out of your hand. Has an on/off switch and a small remote to control what would normally be on the display on a full size treadmill.

Despite the small profile, it's extremely comfortable and easy to walk/jog on. This is much better for your body than walking on cement or pavement. As a tall person (over 6' tall), i have to adjust my stride a bit to fit the treadmill.

Cons

No matter how many times i adjust it it always pulls left and the belt starts lifting.
