The remote that comes with it is very good, fits around your wrist. The remote control is very convenient for adjusting speed settings without having to stop and bend down. The treadmill runs very quietly and will not disturb surrounding colleagues.
Cons
Walking pad is okay, nothing special about it. Track sometimes shifts and the beeping is very loud. I step on it and the belt stops moving completely.
