Its pretty quiet for the most part aside from when turning on or off but no one hears it in meetings while i walk

Im only 5334 and the length is ok for my stride but if you are taller this might be an issue

It is definitely shorter and thinner than a treadmill so this is not for someone with a longer walking stride
