    There are holes on the bottom so i had to put a plastic dish over it and under the hanging plant pot so that the water doesnt leak out to the floor

    I have a great plant in it now but if i kill it somewhat likely this would make a cute shelf for a photo and a candle or a small book

    The hanger itself has a good heavy ring to hang from the macrame is very smooth and thick and the tray has indentions in the edges where the macrame comes up around the sides of it
