Pros

Bought this set to make a rainbow tutu for a costume. Made 12 headbands for her party and everyone loved them. Great little bundle for crafting.

The colors are vibrant. For other purposes, such as the troll headbands, it will probably be fine.

Cons

Packaging is horrible. Missing a turquoise satin ribbon. Instead it has a flexible measuring tape used for sewing and four glue dots. There were not 8 colors of ribbon.

Very flimsy and easily stretch and become loose.

The reason for not giving a five star is the headbands/bandoos, they are not sturdy and stiff.

Missing 2ea ribbons, 1ea tulle, and 1ea elastic needed to make my rainbow tutus.

I was really looking forward to adding the rainbow colored ribbon as well and unfortunately no orange was sent.
