It is a nightmare to try to internally fit a ssd drive in an imac because the computer is difficult to take apart and rebuild

I wouldnt mind a few rubber pads on the bottom of the case if you have it on a desk to stop it moving around vibrations are rarely an issue on 2

This unit is probably better suited if you are likely to change the drive more frequently the other model fe205 has an aluminium top and a different method of insertion

Set up is extremely easy as it is a case of moving one part this way and the other that way and lo and behold it opens up ready for use all you really need to do is make sure the drive is the right way up to match the connectors and thats it
