Pros
This is extremely adjustable and sturdy. The metal is a little heavy on an armrest, so if you are doing work like my custom chair, you will likely desire additional support so you don't break the armrest.
The clamp is sturdy and can be tightened so it doesn't wiggle. I like the swivel feature which allows me to move the monitor from left to right with ease. It is easy to move sideways while you try to find the perfect position.
Installation instructions require the use of washers/spacer. Simple & easy setup.
Two thumbs up. Build quality is solid. Absolutely fantastic.
Cons

I don't have the sturdiest of desk but this thing holds up my 27in 144hz curved samsung monitor very well.

Like other reviewers mention it can probably support a little more weight than is mentioned in the specifications but to be safe stay within the limits in the specifications
