The quality and looks are impressive out of the box.
As has been pointed out in other reviews, the instructions included with the product are worthless.
These guys really care about their product.
If you don't get better instructions, check with the seller prior to setting up.
Price
Bottom line - for the price, you're getting a decent product.
Packaging/appearance
The vertical poles and base are very stout and support the tv just fine, but the cross-bracket is flimsy and bends under the 130lb load.
So the tilt-brackets align at the edges of the cross-bracket.
Competitiveness
I am giving this a 4 star rating because i like the overall design and price.
Great price, about 20 - 30% less expensive than similar looking carts.

Also the tilt brackets allow you to adjust the screen tilt forward or backward

The tvs heavy weight and unbalanced center of gravity create more force than the bracket knob can handle so the tv always tilts forward to the maximum range the bracket is not strong enough to lock the screen at the vertical position
