It does but i had to crack the spring down hard to get it to fully support the weight of the monitor

It’s very easy to lift lower move the monitor side to side and rotate moving the monitor screen clockwiseanti clockwise

There is no center detention for rotating the monitor sometimes the way the arms are designed makes it awkward moving the monitor towards and away from me

They bind up and i have to wiggle the monitor around until the binding stops so the monitor can go towards and away from me

It’s just an inherent design of the arm similarly designed arms will have this problem as well

It creaks and groans and sometimes it slips even though the tilt screw is very tight

Overall good value for money but for an arm this cheap expect it to act pretty cheaply
